Tech Q & A is usually held on every third Wednesday of the month, September to May. See the calendar for actual dates and times.

Schedule an appointment with one of our Tech Volunteers to ask questions and receive individualized help about computers, mobile devices and the library's digital resources. These training sessions are free of charge!

Appointments are required. To schedule an appointment call the library at 215-643-1320 or email it@wvpl.org.

REQUIREMENTS:
Patrons may sign up for a WVPL Tech Q&A up to 1 month before the event.
To get the most out of your session at the WVPL Tech Q&A please:
*Charge your device
*Bring your charging cable
*Bring your device's primary account information
-For Apple iPhone and iPad bring your Apple ID and password
-For Android phone and tablet you need your Google email account and password for the device
-For Amazon Fire and Kindle eReaders bring your Amazon username and password
