Learn T'ai Chi from Dr. Kurt Findeisen, a retired medical doctor from Philly. T'ai Chi is a low impact exercise for adults that helps with balance, motor skills, and maintaining calmness throughout the mind and body.

Continuing T'ai Chi:  2:30 PM This class is for students who have done T'ai Chi before and would like to continue their exercises with Dr. Findeisen.
Intermediate T'ai Chi: 3:15 PM This class is for those who have a basic knowledge of the exercises and want more depth.
Cost for Continuing and Intermediate classes: 10 weeks for $65 (drop-ins are welcome at $8 per class.)

Beginning T'ai Chi: 4:00 PM This class is for students who are new to T'ai Chi and would like to learn the exercises.
Cost: 10 weeks for $65. No drop-ins accepted.
