This presentation covers the Classic Railroad Stations from the 20th century that became prominent landmarks in numerous major cities integral to their physical infrastructure.
Many of these stations remained vital hubs for passengers well into the latter half of the century. Today some of these historic stations continue to serve passengers albeit primarily accommodating commuter trains rather that long distance ones. Their enduring presence echoes the rich history and evolution of transportation in our cities.
