You're invited to Wissahickon Valley Public Library's 100th Anniversary Celebration.Sunday, April 28 2024, 4 pm-6 pm at the Main Branch in Blue Bell.
Sample local food, beer and wine and bring one treasured book for an informal evaluation.
WVPL's Silent Auction benefits the renovation of our main branch in Blue Bell.
Renovations include a new roof that will protect our books for many years to come. A repaved parking lot will improve safety during the winter months. Adding enclosed conference rooms will allow more community groups to meet. Replacing the carpets and some furniture, plus re-facing the front of the library will make the library more welcoming, attractive, and modern.
With your help, we can provide a better library for our community!

Tickets to the 100th Anniversary Celebration Gala are $40 per person. You may pick up an invitation at the circulation desk at either branch, or get tickets online at wvpl.org/donate or through Paypal. Please RSVP by April 15. You may also submit a “just giving” donation on the PayPal website. All proceeds benefit the Main Library Renovation.
